Christine Sampair founded Twin Cities Nanny to create a different approach to in-home childcare. During the decade she spent working with local families, Christine became inspired to develop a community that could provide more than just childcare jobs. She developed a system that combines resources and support networks, benefiting both the family and the childcare provider.
Twin Cities Nanny is Christine’s answer to the lengthy and stressful method of finding in-home childcare. She strongly believes that an open, honest and committed relationship with your placement service is the foundation for a strong relationship with your nanny or babysitters. Our community-based approach ensures that you will always have access to the best childcare and resources to make sure your children are raised the way you want them to be, even when you cannot be there.
A note from Christine:
“As a mom, I know first hand how daunting it is to find someone that you trust to take care of your little one. I also know that finding a nanny or babysitter takes time, energy and is a long-term investment. Most families don’t even know where to begin. After listening to other moms and learning from many families, I realized that their needs were not just about placement. Families want a childcare provider to be an extension of their family. Someone they can grow with and learn from. That’s why I believe in creating and building relationships with your childcare, not just finding care and making placements. It is my responsibility to help support and nurture those relationships every step of the way. Our members become part of a community as your nanny or babysitter becomes part of your family. We will provide benefits and resources that other agencies won’t.
Let us do the work for you. Finding a nanny or babysitter should be fun! ”
