Compensation Rates

Compensation for your childcare provider will depend on several factors including age, academic level, experience, skills, qualifications, and your family needs/expectations. The rates indicated below are regional averages.

Nanny: $13-$20 per hour

Babysitter: $10-$15 per hour

Urgent, Sick, Temporary Care: $15-$25

Overnight Care & Travel Care: contact us for rates

Event Care: $18-$25 per hour per Team Member

Household Manager: Compensation for your household management will depend on several factors including housekeeping, daily expectations/tasks, location and schedule.

Pet Care: Compensation for pet care will depend on needs and number of pets.
